I'd like to suggest making the data panel and charge bay panel backs as separate installable pieces. This makes the sanding and painting a lot easier as there would be less interior corners to navigate with a sanding block.

Yes it will. Each ring printed separately should fit nicely. I have printed 4 R2 domes on mine so far. All had plenty of room. The rings and the domes are the same diameter.

Will a CR-10-S5 able to print this ? i know build size is 500 x 500 x 500 but im not sure if its possible to use and print properly the entire print bed size
