OK, firstly apologies, I released the Charge port a little too early before I'd fully printed all the parts. Big thanks to Wayne for pointing it out, basically there's a magnet holder in the recess to hold the charge door shut however I didn't allow for the door and the magnet holder was flush with the "inner skin". This meant the door wouldn't close as it hit the magnet holder. Rather stupid of me!! I've now fixed the model and uploaded the files. (show in the pic above). I've also added two "retro fit" options to fix it. (in "Modifications" folder. The fixed files obviously don't need these, these are only for where the first version has been printed. (Two options detailed below).
1) A standalone Magnet Holder, where if you've printed and fitted the main body parts, you can dremel or cut the magnet holder (in the main body, just inside the recess) out to allow the door to close, tidy up and glue in the standalone Magnet Holder about 4mm back.
2) A door with a recess, this allows the model to stay "as is" and has a recess in the door for the magnet holder. The challenge is finding a thin piece of steel (1mm x 6mm or thinner) to fit in the door, but it would work I think.
Apologies, and happy printing!
