Outer Foot Shell
Added 2017-06-06 11:30:40 +0000 UTCI've completed the Outer Foot Shell now, just test printing it. I've done two versions, a full uncut version (well 2 parts including the cross bar) and a cut version with the cross bar (3 parts). The design has all supports built in, so generated supports are not needed. I'm testing the print with PETG but ABS should also be fine. Features include all supports, captive nuts for attaching to drive frame, holes for battery cables etc. All looks good so far. (Not tested, doing that this week) but available on the Early Bird Patreon Share if you want to test along. Happy printing.. Mike.

Haha! Nope. Tested it with PETG and back to my trusty ABS, tried PETG a couple of times and don't really like it :-)
