Need your advice on a new 3D model

It is not a new invention, it was inspired by this Kickstarter campaign.
But I have designed several layouts to the top of the tray box. I have designed six of them, but I want to give you more options.
I know, here we have different profession owners, so just please tell me your job and tools you use, maybe dimensions (if possible) So I can design a special layout for you:)
