I've been abroad for almost a month now, handling some responsibilities while ignoring a great deal many more back home. It's been good to take a break, and to reflect, though it will also soon be time to return to the grind.
I have a number of interesting stories for you, both cultural and personal, each accompanied by photos I've taken. I've selected these three photos to start. I don't talk much about my origins, or background, allowing people to imply what they wish to. I trust you, my patrons, a great deal more than regular viewers, and so I invite you to journey with me and learn with me.
Death, particularly of a family member, is complicated. One naturally feels very sorrowful over the loss of a loved one ... but I also feel that in the wake of such profound sorrow, one is able to reflect the most clearmindedly on one's own circumstances: mighty problems seem trivial when confronted with the reality of death.
There is a lot I'd like to do in these coming years to, perhaps, leverage what I've learned on YouTube to create something bigger and more meaningful than just Moon Channel: you already know what some of those ideas look like through the State of the Moonion, but I'm wondering if these endeavors will also be practical while running a for-profit law office.
We'll see. I have a fascinating idea concerning cultural exchange and cuisine that I'd love to share with you this year sometime. In the meantime, at least for the next few days, we'll do a bit of cultural exploration together on Patreon.
