Woooo! I hope you all enjoy this 5 day series. I think we give a lot of attention to hips & hamstrings & sometimes neglect our upper body, but NOT TODAY! This is good for pole dancers, or just anyone going through their daily lives lol 😂 as always, enjoy & let me know how you feel after!
