I just wanted to fill everyone in on what's going down. I have two more tutorials to post that only you will have access to, they will be two pole tricks to end the month off.
For the month of March I will be doing a shoulders & upper back series! It won't be as long as the front & middle splits series, but we will still be putting that work in, best believe that! LOL. I will make another post soon to fill you all in on what you will need for this series.
