Booty Workout! 🔥

Here's a follow along booty workout! Repeat each exercise 3x !!! Let me know if you all like videos like these 😊 below is a description of each exercise. 



Round 1 

Donkey Kicks 20x each side - Lean forward using a chair, wall, or pole. Keep your back flat, take a slight bend to your standing leg while your other leg comes forward & back. Imagine you're leaving a foot print behind you.

Step Ups 15x each side - Using a chair step up & bring the opposite knee to your chest, step both feet back down & repeat.

Squat with calf raise 20x - Come down into your squat, as you come back up come off your heels squeeze the booty and push the hips forward into your calf raise.



Round 2 

Clams 20x each side - Lying on your side press through your forearm, keep belly engaged. Stack inside blades of the feet, lift the top leg up, to make it more intense hover your feet off the mat as you lift the top leg.

Side leg lift 20x each side - From clam position just extend your top leg & lift trying to get your leg towards your shoulder.



Round 3 

Glute bridge 20x - Lying down press your feet on the mat, arms to your sides, lift the hips & squeeze the cheeks as you push up.

Single leg glute bridge 15x - Keep one foot firmly planted on the mat, lift your other leg up, pick your hips up as high as you can & leave that imaginary footprint on your ceiling.

Hip Abductors 20x - Push up into your glute bridge, keep feet frumpily planted on the mat & pulse your knees out to the sides.


*REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 3x TO REALLY FEEL IT!*
