you know i've read a lot about that ! when first training i recommend holding half splits/splits for 30 seconds to one minute . i don't think it's really necessary to hold much longer than that . although for straddles & frog pose i read like two or three pages of a book or watch a show while in it 🀣 it all comes down to listening to your body (corny , i know) & staying engaged in poses as well πŸ€“πŸ˜¬

Yess thank you! I am so excited! In gymnastics we generally learned to increase flexibility to spend more time in splits poses (like do straddle while you watch tv for hours lol) does this actually help?
