Final re-editing update

Pop the champagne, guys! I'm FINALLY done with the re-editing, and now I can return to writing new stuff again. It's been way, waaaaay more of a hassle than I could ever imagine in my worst nightmares, and I never imagined I missed sooooo many typos, but I'm finally done! Yay!
There's actually no big changes in the second half of the volume. I mostly just fixed typos, inconsistencies, and most importantly, added a ton of contractions where appropriate. There was no need for any structural or narrative changes, which either means that the second half was better written than the first, or that I got so braindead by all this editing that my standards completely tanked. I leave it up to you to decide.
Anyhow, I'm giving you the PDF versions again, with the extra chapters incorporated into the body of the volume as well. Cheers, and I'll be back with a brand new chapter soon!
P.S.: Speaking of "brand new", the second volume still doesn't have an official subtitle. Any ideas?

Here're some ideas for the title (and why): - "Ninjas, Knights and Robots" (for the antagonists and the reference) - "Rising Action" (2nd phase of a story in a plot structure) - "Frame Story" or "Narrative Sandwich" (one or more secondary stories framed inside a main story)
