Hello, Dear Readers!

First off, yes, I'm still alive. Things are finally calming down a bit, and I just weathered a cold and finally feeling fine again. Anyhow, I've started working on the next volume; the prologue is ready, but I'm planning to release it here along with the first chapter, so I'm holding onto it for the time being.

Also, there are going to be some small changes in the future. First off, starting with the third volume, I think I will try to cut back on the actual chapter lengths a little, so instead of the 13k-16k words long chapters I've been churning out in the past months, I will tone them back to 9-10k words, if for nothing else than the sake of my sanity. I mean, just the finale of the volume was 86k words! There are published novel volumes shorter than that! And the second volume altogether was 487k! For context, that's longer that the first four Harry Potter books combined... which is both impressive and a little scary, to be honest.

On the other hand, I will try to speed up the release schedule a bit, but I'm not promising anything until the virus craze is officially over.
