Status update and apologies
Added 2020-05-15 09:35:36 +0000 UTCHello, Dear Readers.
As you might have noticed, the chapter updates are late again. For that I sincerely apologize, but in my defense, things are batshit crazy over here right now.
In short, another colleague of mine got seriously sick, leading to emergency-shifts within the already emergency shift rotation, so right now I am on my fifth consecutive 12 hours shifts, and I have one more tomorrow, after which I get one single day off, followed by another three days of work.
On the bright side, our shifts hopefully going to return to normal starting next month, but till then, I'm kind of too burned out to even think about writing on most days. That said, I am going to try my best to finish the remaining two parts of the current chapter on my day off, so expect something by Sunday evening.
Anyhow, I just wanted you to know that I'm not lazing around even though I'm not updating nearly as often as I would like (or should). Stay safe, all of you, and have a very nice spring day (or autumn, if you live on the other side of the globe; I'm not judging your ways, even if they are backwards and weird :P). Cheers.

I think you should actually use your off day to unwind- maybe you should go on break for a while until everything has calmed down

2020-05-15 11:02:23 +0000 UTCLord have mercy on your poor overworked soul. Take you time! I’d rather have many later chapters from a healthy rested author than a few unfinished ones from an overworked dead one!
