Kathy is annoying and was shitty at sex, and I'm not going into using sex to "resolve" their issues. But Nichole humiliated Kathy and did it in a space that was really important to her. That hasn't just "gone away". No amount of fucking is gonna resolve that (though I haven't read chapter 17 yet, I could be wrong lol).
