A lot of the villain stuff i've seen ends up either being villain is pure evil and the other half is just as bad or worse Sometimes you'll see one that tries to paint the villain as the Hero and vice versa. I like the method you're going with this though making it the villain. It's still A villain but they're motivations aren't purely evil They just think they can do better really. They're no different than any politician or world leader although far more aggressive than their means. 10/10
