Lisa and I had an extraordinary experience in NYC today – for seven hours, we were filmed for a documentary, offering various Jungian perspectives on exceptional dreams. Researcher, clinician, and author Kelly Bulkeley, Ph.D. [twitter.com/kellybulkeley& thedreammappingproject.com] and artist, film director, performer, and professor, Alisa Minyukova, MFA [minyukova.com] created a documentary about five female Russian artists whose dreams predicted the growing tension in the collective Russian psyche leading up to the attack on Ukraine. Uncanny, traumatic, heroic, and profoundly moving – these five dreams demonstrate the power of the Self to protect, companion, and counsel us in our darkest times.
