Altar Stone
Added 2019-06-07 19:25:55 +0000 UTCHere is an altar stone in the remains of a small Minoan settlement. We each brought a stone from home as a gift to Ariadne. Her father, King Minos, could not bear to sacrifice his white bull to Poseidon, and as punishment his wife gave birth the Minotaur...so I chose the most unique of three stones I brought to honor Ariadne: the small round golden stone at center front.
