I’m currently reading a somewhat older book, Anatomy of an Epidemic. It’s a chilling read about how psychiatric medications have contributed to greatly worsening mental health. It’s a controversial topic, but it’s hard to dismiss the book’s findings altogether. I think it’s an important conversation to have.
