Patreon Changes! (Take A Look!)

1) I've officially bumped the lowest tier to $3. This is for new members. If you are at the $2 or so old school that you are at $1, you can stay where you are at. $3 is still very much on the low end of subscription magic podcasts and of course there is a discount for those who commit to the year. Plus, I've been inviting more people to the zoom sessions so I think this tier has grown in a good way and therefore still has value at $3.

2) A brand new tier -Tour Company Managers. Get added to a Whatsapp text thread with RJ and I where we share videos, pictures, audio messages, text messages and meme for all things happening in our magic careers. You need to download Whatsapp to your phone or device. I add you to the thread and you either chime in or just take a look. I really wanted to provide something that is more frequent and fun.

For example:

I just left an audio message on the Tour Co thread about how I pulled my back and had perform my last show on muscle relaxers. Meds that made me tired and crazy. I couldn't call out of the show because I WAS the emergency call and was hired the day before. I brought my son to help, threw him into a trick and then our code broke down (muscle relaxers!) and I made me AND my son look bad. Bad dad. That thread got that story and RJ's reaction to it. Things that may or may not make their way into an abracababble podcast for various reason.

Once again, there is a discount for commiting to the whole year. This tier is 1/4 of the cost of the executive producer tier. That is because I want more people in it and make more people laugh and enjoy the dumb crazy things that happen with life on the road.

Which means-

3) Good bye Executive Producers tier! The amazing generous people really did so much heavy lifting on this patreon project and my career. I originally envisioned producing my own shows and giving credit to people in this tier but my career took a different path.

Look, it is a gamble on my part, I am hoping more people want to be a part of this tier. As I have said on air, this patreon pays for my health insurance and my children's health insurance. I wanted to shake up things a little and offer something exclusive and fun.

So if you join the Tour Co tier, I will email you and ask for you phone number to add to the whatsapp thread. I have 3 shows in Mesa Arizona at a new venue next week. I'll be debuting a new trick. Right after I'll be at Magic Live and all kinds of exclusive tidbits, some of which I cannot share on Abracababble.
