Peaches!
Added 2020-08-12 21:06:53 +0000 UTCIt is peach harvesting season! My little "Cherokee Peach" trees have given me an abundance this year! As always, I am drawing inspiration from nature. Everything about these peaches is beautiful: from their fuzzy outer texture to their beautiful color! Ranging from yellow to orange to red! This particular variety has a lot of deep, dark red. I've also heard them referred to as "blood peaches", which makes perfect sense.
In honor of peach season, I took a series of reference photos featuring my peaches. In the coming days, you can expect to see a painting in progress of at least one of these photos!
