On the easel (part two)

I'm happy with the layering and texturing around the outside edge shown in the first photo. It lends a feeling of age, wear, and grit. I think I'll call this one "Our Lady of Perpetual Flame".
As for the second piece, it feels great to have told the story! To get it into the physical world gives it less weight on my heart and mind. This one is called, "Sunset'.
