In the sketch book
Added 2020-07-06 14:58:24 +0000 UTCI had every intention this morning of painting light and shadow in the backyard. Unfortunately, it was an overcast morning. So what I did instead was some sketching! Practice, practice, practice. That's my intention. I want to get better at capturing subjects if my drawings and paintings quickly! The focus of this one is a little cucumber blossom with some new leaf growth (the deer have done a bit of munching on the vine).
