Strength Training!

Join me for a peek at my strength training! I have begun to notice some definition developing in my arms, but I still can't do a pull up unassisted (my feet are doing a lot of the work).  My goal is about a hundred of each of these a day. Right now, 60 is about the average when my muscles turn to noodles! I'll keep it up. I hope you are all well and finding little goals to meet every day.
