After the storm.
Added 2020-01-14 00:12:49 +0000 UTCIt is unseasonably warm for January, even in Georgia. The cause, is a storm that came through and brought high winds and torrential rain from the Gulf of Mexico. I went out to a fun place that I had found (you can see the video) over the Summer. The secret tower that I found still stands. The river is flowing fast and full. Branches are down everywhere including a huge one that I found right on the trail. It is covered with moss and resurrection ferns. I took a few pieces of the bark from this limb home with me to see if I can grow the ferns outside of the wild sky high setting that they are used to.
Every dark cloud, right?
