I'm actually feeling very optimistic about that subject right now! In recent weeks I've seen some very promising developments towards gender equality. I think that progress is being made and even though we've got a huge way to go I'm very proud of some of the actions that I've seen people taking lately. I'm hopeful about some of my upcoming local elections, and I have seen delightful yet subtle changes in the behaviors of children. Gender equality won't happen overnight, but I like what I see happening.
