Winter Moth Cultists - CR 2 and CR 9 Cultists that offer their own bodies and the warmth of others to an auroral, longing God

This week I have for y'all some lovely mechanically flavorful Cultists! These guys are all about reducing the speed of others so their enemies might obtain hægfara (frostbite) and empower their God, the Winter Moth. Since their God is always longing and seeking warmth, of course they have to yoink any warmth (healing) of their enemies for their God! All of their stuff really leans heavy into the lore of the God that they worship, and I'm especially fond of Offering to the Winter Moth, as not only is it metal as hell to watch your enemies freeze their own bodies in the name of their God, but also it has implications for a big boss fight against the Winter Moth, or a way to allude to the fact that their soul and warmth travels beyond sight to something much more sinister! The Chosen is also a ton of fun as it has a little one-two Combo that builds tension throughout the fight with Frostbitten Marks before they are all finally popped for a big ol' burst of damage!
