A CR 10 Souped-up Winter Wolf Protective of Lost Souls: The Veterwulf!

Today I have for you all the Veterwulf! This CR10 adversary is essentially an omega Winter Wolf, one that has mistaken a Frostbitten Soul for a lost pup, and in the process of holding such a soul, melded with it! Its got a ton of fun stuff when it comes to protecting lost souls with a Bonus Action enraged state that it can continually enter when combat isn't going its way! Designing was this fun, as you can introduce a fun roleplay encounter with the Veterwulf in how it protects Frostbitten Souls which can steer combat in a different direction, and because its Agonizing Howl is a Bonus Action, anything that can limit actions or bonus actions can be really beneficial in hindering this fight once you whittle the Veterwulf down from half HP!
Funnily enough, this is pretty much fully inspired from the Lunagaron from Monster Hunter (I knew I wanted some kind of wolf that has ice claws or an ice maw and gets it through a howl), and from there it developed that relationship with Íslöven with Frostbitten Souls and then led into the Barbarian subclass that you'll be seeing very soon!
