Hello everybody!
This is part 1 of the End City Denizens and Dangers, featuring Soldiers and Criminals! If Silvereye's Guide to End City includes all these fun new firearms that can pierce some resistances and new armors that can resist such firearms, of course there's gotta be some stat blocks to test them out against! So, starting off I have some basic stat blocks, a typical infantry or solider that is good at shooting and a fairly good all-rounder, a Peacekeeper designed to have 'nonlethal' abilites that is mostly just a massive tank there to take a bunch of hits from crowds and riots, an Enforcer that is a more well-rounded close-quarters combatant that relies on strength, and a very low CR criminal that is the modern equivalent to a bandit! You can see that I've already started on the flavor text for a sample criminal gang known as the Razor Scorpions, so tune in as those guys will be coming in next!
