The Netrunner - the Ultimate Modern Information-Gathering and Tracking Ranger

This week I got another subclass for you all, the Netrunner! This Ranger is all about information gathering through visuals and tracking down a singular entity, becoming better and better at it the further they level up!
The framework of this subclass actually came from an old homebrew of mine that wasn't fully published, where I was trying to convert all of the Legends from Apex Legends into subclasses, and this was the idea for Bloodhound! It fit within the modern setting, and giving this subclass the ability to take over cameras to potientially scout out an entire building before actually entering in alongside stuff like finding out who a hacker was and seeing their digital trail appear behind them was really cool to me, so I hope you enjoy!
