Martial Archetype: Commander

Of course with a new weapon system you got to have some kind of subclass that ties in with it beyond just proficiency in such firearms! The Commander fighter is designed to be a non-magic support fighter who still does their own thing; but is constantly helping out their allies in addition to themselves!
This fighter can very easily become the 'leader' of the group, as all of their abilites are built around helping their team succeed, or inspiring their team whenever they do awesome things without being tied to Charisma! Furthermore with synchronized initative, the commander can pretty consistently get on top of initiative, or ensure that they are going at a round that will be most beneifical for their teammates!
As a side note, I couldn't help but think of Helldivers and DEMOCRACY when making this subclass, and I feel like this is a perfect 'Helldiver' subclass, so it might help with roleplay if you just imagine you're a HELLDIVER fighting for SUPER EARTH and DEMOCRACY!
