3 New Cultists for the Flame of Lunacy!
Added 2024-03-17 02:05:10 +0000 UTCHello everybody! I've now added three spellcasting NPCs/cultists/lunatics that will utilize the Flame of Lunacy! I still have more plans, but now you have a way to work this against your players beyond asking for Intelligence saving throws!
