Martial Archetype: Bloodshot

This week I bring to you a long awaited request from a Warlock tier patron; the Bloodshot! This Martial Archetype is very similar to that of the Arcane Archer, except they utilize their own lifeforce and blood to augment their shots!
Unlike the Arcane Archer, the Bloodshot can use any ranged weapon attack as their focus, and has the possiblity to continually chain and combo on recieving kills!
Utilizing hit dice as a resource is always tricky, because although it is underutilized, you have to ensure that the Fighter won't be draining other party resources to selfishly do more damage! Henceforth the 10th level ability, the ability to get resets from killing creatures and regaining expended hit dice, and the built-in fighter's second wind!
