Artificer Specialist: Scrapmaster!

Designed to draw upon the archetype of those that make jank and junk weapons, armors, and gadgets; this Artificer does just that by using creative and fun improvised weapons that can have a variety of effects! I had made another version of this awhile ago, but it was extremely lackluster, and I feel as though this time around, (although it is a little bulky) the brew is more balanced and leans heavily into this idea of being this crazy inventor!
Now you can finally play the kobold that makes guns out of rocks and metal and actually do some damage while you're at it!
