Cleric Divine Domain: Frost Domain

You can say thanks to our Patron John who answered in the Poll that they would like to see this domain, where it's now available to all of y'all!
This homebrew may receive continual updates as one of my active players is currently playing as a Cleric of the Frost Domain, so if playtest reveals some abilities to be too powerful or not powerful enough, they will be adjusted accordingly!
