A CR 11 Enemy, the Unshackled
Added 2021-11-03 21:47:04 +0000 UTCLast week I gave y'all a bunch of magic items, but I didn't forget the results of the poll which also tied for a monster! So here is a needless amount of lore for an enemy known as the Unshackled! A CR 11 Assassin, inspired by a certain League of Legends champion that starts with S and ends with S, that has the sole purpose of absolutely destroying mages, spellcasters, and magocracies!
Completed with a little prose entry, a bunch of lore, and, of course, the stat block; this is designed as a mid to late game threat for your parties! You can have the Unshackled fight your magic-item-dependent players or have your party try to stop them from completing an assassination against a figure in power who happens to be a spellcaster!
The possibilities are (almost) endless!

My party is entirely made up of spellcasters of various degrees, a paladin, a cleric, a warlock and an eldritch fighter. This will be fun for later. Muahahahaha.
