Trapped in Elevator with Mei [Work in Progress animation, feedback welcome]
Added 2025-09-05 22:12:05 +0000 UTCJust figured I'd drop this work-in-progress here to gauge how everyone is feeling about it so far. This isn't the whole thing, the plan is she will eventually outgrow the building, but I still have a ways to go on that part.
Trying not to be negative or "boo-hoo I'm so sad" anymore, but personally, I think it sucks. The more time I put into, the worse it gets. I am stuck because I do not know how to improve. So, any feedback or opinion would be extremely appreciated. I will happily scrap it and move onto to something else if that's the general consensus.

I think I'm going to go back and redo a lot of Mei animation, sort of to emphasize the "horniness". Like she's thinking "I can't wait to bury the guy in my butt...<3" Advice I got from some other animators was the beginning doesn't really read. Why is she doing this? We can definitely improve on that.

Not sure what the story is for this one, but maybe it could be some kind of size steal scenario where she eyes him up subtly in the beginning, then the part so far in the animatino is her "pouncing". maybe shes a little more subtle and shrinks him enough to hide, or goes all out and tries to keep for as long as she can. Honestly not a bad start for something, like the model for mei you used and like the idea foe the restrtiction being the elevator for mei. Maybe other passengers try to get on or get run and she snatches them through the elevator door. Feel like this has loads of potential!!!

2025-09-07 20:23:53 +0000 UTCI would definitely add more different camera angles especially pov shot of the guy when Mei is ready to smother him Also a tiny movement or reaction from her before she does her thing since she's kinda standing there like an npc when he walks in - some struggle from the guy - clothes ripping would be lovely - perhaps slower growth? (tho if this is meant to be a short animation then I guess this pacing seems right) Hope it helps :P
