Please give a big welcome to returning artist Jey Pawlik who is now officially part of the OJST team. Matt and I couldn't be happier and prouder to feature their beautifully drawn and thoughtful comics each month on the site.

Things are really coming together on the OJST transition. We've got both Hien Pham and Jey Pawlik signed on to provide a comic a month for the next half year, and Ziggy Snow has been cutting through the editorial stacks with his scholarly insights and pragmatic revisions. Though it's not nearly complete, we've been replacing all the little Erika and Matt marginalia on the site with random little dudes chilling in the periphery and decorating our pages, so it fosters more of a "This resource is for all different kinds of people!" rather than a "This is Matt's and Erika's Thing" vibe.

We are still looking for a second paid Editor Consultant, someone who can give their opinions on challenging pitches, ideas, and feedback on sensitive gender and sexuality subjects. We already have two awesome white queer men, both cis and trans, on the editorial team, so ideeeeeally we'd like to add a third voice who occupies some other identities than what I listed and can bring some different perspectives to the table when reviewing pitches.
