Also: I'm totally open for clever title suggestions to put in the big blank space. So far I've just got "Looping Thought" and that's a bit too on the nose.

"Loop" reminds me of those wire snare traps you sometimes see conservationists remove in nature shows. The kind that some poor critter blunders right into and the more it struggles, the worse it's stuck, until it eventually gives up or chews its own leg off ๐ฌ I might be projecting.

2021-10-04 12:36:10 +0000 UTCIt's so recognisable. Oh, the dread of having to possibly/probably feel like this your whole life. The whole thought loop is bad for creativity anyway. But you seem to escape it by making something beautiful out of it. Kinda sideways reminds me of the thought loops the Simpsons used to use in some of the old episodes.
