I started a practice with similar effect at the suggestion of a friend of mine. I take a selfie with roughly the same composition every time I take a bath. As the bath selfies gallery grew, I went from detesting things about my post-lyme body, to neutrailty, to thinking that they are the best photos of me, and wishing Instagram didn't have nudity rules, so I could share them with more people when I think they look particularly good. I send the good ones to that friend now! Totally changed my relationship with my body visually.

Everything about this comic is so loving - I just felt like I would love to befriend Hien Pham or hug them. Fatphobia has also affected my life; in high school age it was so hard that I developed anorexia which still affects now and then although most of the time it stays dormant.
