If you ever do a part 2 of this strip, the big AHA moment for a lot of people is that poop is not stored in the rectum, but merely passes through when actively pooping. A lot of people visualize the anus with a wall of poop behind it at all times, which simply isn't true. ALSO, that lovely bend the ASStronaut is sliding around is good to know about, because bumping into it with a toy or body part can trigger nausea or pain for some people, and adjusting body positions in that moment will make a big difference.
