2018-11-15 03:54:24 +0000 UTCThis is awesome! I noticed though that breast milk was left out of the list of bodily fluids through which HIV can be transmitted. I can't think why it would be left out intentionally so I think this might be an error?

2018-11-13 21:52:23 +0000 UTCDan Savage makes a huge deal on this topic about how PrEP can help with HIV, but does nothing against Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Herpes, etc. It is hugely dangerous to say that after a reasonable PrEP regimen you can go without a condom, because there are so many more nasties out there that condoms protect against. HIV is a bad one, with huge ramifications, but super/drug resistant Gonorrhea is around the corner due to a number of circumstances. I realize that Silver immediately follows with talking about condoms, but not why. The lack of emphasis is concerning to me. There’s a disconnect due to it being all about HIV despite so many other concerns to consider.
