Empress Kaharka issued a threat to neighbor countries if they don´´t submit to her rule.
As they refused, she launched a nuclear attack. Now Paladin must hurry to stop the attack. she invades the lauch base and defeats many of the empress´ guards.
In the end, Kaharka herself came to fight the heroine.
