[Progress Report]: 9th of May

Hey everyone,

We are almost at release for the early version of 0.80! I can't believe how quickly this development cycle went. I'll give a brief overview of what I've been working on so you guys know what to expect when it lands next Sunday. Also, happy Mother's Day!

The focus of version 0.80 has been to shake the rust off of many of the character's stories as well as start introducing some of the bigger plot points. Harper and Valentina were in dire need of some current content scenes. I think their last set of new events that weren't revisions were almost half a year ago. Well, no longer! I have a few events for them both that also set up their upcoming arcs.

Riley's plot is currently tied to the main story, which sees both advance as you prepare for your showdown! You'll also get to meet Detective Keegan and start to familiarize yourself with her situation. Well, technically, it's your situation. You'll see what I mean next week.

I think the only character I've excluded in this update has been Chrys. She has had the lion's share of new content up until this point, but more importantly, some of her future scenes require introducing Sumire. I'd like to spend a few weeks on that instead of just rushing it out in one or two. I want to start on that as soon as the next Version, but we'll see how the main story progresses. I am committed to advancing it a good bit before I settle back down and start spreading out the content to all of the girls again.

Just as a quick side note, I resumed my job hunt this development cycle. I'm trying to find a place to work that's close to home so that the commute doesn't impact the game's development too negatively. I'll keep you posted!
