[Progress Report]: 15th of November

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if the image above is going to show up. Patreon says it's there, but all I see is a blank square... All I can assure you is that it doesn't look like a blank square in the game!

I'm happy to report that Chrys' final event in Version 0.65 is done! This really took a while, and has pushed me a few days behind schedule, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. There weren't any delays, it's just one of those moments in development where you think to yourself, "you know, thirty renders is good, but eighty would be better!" I think the writing and animation quality is right in line with my new standard of work, and maybe a little better. Chrys has had the longest initial arc out of any of the girls, and it's taken a whopping three versions to finally cover it all. I hope you're all excited to see the conclusion.

With Chrys' initial arc wrapped up, next week will be occupied by the winner of the latest poll: Riley! I hope to have that triple animation done before the weekend, and I've already got a good idea of where I want to put the events. We should make up some time and then get to work on the revisions which will start with Valentina's training missions.

The poll that decides whether or not the protagonist has a face in the rendered scenes is still tied. I'm not really sure what I'll do if it ends in a tie... Maybe flip a coin? Or just continue on as I have been doing.

This is one of those updates where it's difficult to give a lot of detail, since all of the details are spoilers. I hate to leave you guys without a lot to talk about, though, so I'll cover another batch of commonly asked questions.

Which girl will you be working on after Chrys' initial arc is concluded?

The best girl: the main story. There is a lot more I want to do with Superheroes Suck's story that I couldn't without progressing the girls' earlier content. We're now at that point where the protagonist is comfortable with all four of the main heroines, and so I can include them in the plot at various points without it feeling contrived. There are still villains that I need to add, more characters, side characters, and, probably the most requested featured...

When will we learn more about the protagonist's powers?

Soon. Not this update, but every update hereafter will have more clues, hints, and revelations about the protagonist and whatever abilities he may or may not possess. I've been very quiet about this subject, and mostly because some of you have come very close to guessing it! There are major story ramifications for this, as you all know, and that's why I wanted to cover every girls' initial arc first.
