Ellen Forney and I are gunna be at the downtown Powell's tonight talking about her new book Rock Steady: Brilliant Advice from my Bipolar Life. Her work has been a lifelong inspiration and influence on my own work, with Marbles, her memoir on being bipolar, especially helping me accept and cope with my own diagnosis of our shared mood disorder. It's an incredible honor for me to be her conversation buddy for this book release!
