Matt and I are so close to finishing up our new collection of purely sex education comics for our upcoming book, Drawn to Sex: The Basics! (Kickstarter launching in MAY.) Ideally I woulda had the time and space to devote a full comic to each of these contraceptive methods I mentioned in this week's comic, but, y’know. That is not the world we live in.

2018-04-10 20:49:58 +0000 UTCFun comic mop-up of methods :) I looked up how effectiveness is calculated and I don't know if it's worth mentioning that the effectiveness of doing nothing aside from having (usually coupled in the studies that get cited) PIV sex for a year is 10-15% so that readers can get a sense of how good even a mediocre strategy is. Right now doing nothing has a pregnancy rate but not an effectiveness rate which might be confusing.
