[Progress Report]: 12th of July

Hey everybody,

The second patrol has been finished and I have started work on one of Riley's events for the next update! The patrol missions are fairly long, so I expect Version 0.50 to have less events than the previous one but about the same amount of content. It's just concentrated as opposed to spread out between so many characters.

I also wanted to take this time to ask all of you what you think about spoilers. There's a lot I want to talk about for the next update, but I don't want to ruin your first reaction to a lot of these scenes. You might even consider the above image a spoiler - but since it's out of context, I don't think it loses its impact. Let me know if you think I'm giving enough information. Back to the progress report!

While I want Riley to be the focus of this update, since her story line needs the main story missions to progress, I would also like to update another character at the same time. I'll be putting a poll out later in the week where you can vote for Chrys, Harper, or Valentina to get that extra content! Harper and Valentina had major arc completions in the last update, and so would be starting new arcs, whereas Chrys just started her new arc (with the introduction of Sumire), and would be continuing that plot! This helps me narrow my focus during development instead of just throwing out token scenes.

The goal for the next week of development is to continue working on Riley, finish a few more of her events, and then possibly move onto the third patrol! That's right, I'm planning two for this update! I hope you're all looking forward to it.

That's all I can say (and show) for now. There are a lot of surprises I want to go along with Version 0.50, and I'm hoping to make it one of the more exciting expansions to the game as you start picking up clues on the villains and what their plans are.
