This is the Mp4 version (the video file is attached).
I made 2 versions of this video, one slower and one faster. The speed will deppend of the video player. Of all my tests the player that worked best was Media Player Classic.
If the video plays too slow, or too fast, you can change the reproduction speed in the video player.
