Kamie's definitely one of my favorite characters right now. She strikes a nice balance between a genuine threat and a cute, pitiful young lady. It's kind of a shame that no one, good or evil, really likes her (beyond her favorite barista, funnily enough). I'm also glad that Seren's in a better place mentally right now, but all of the villains teaming up makes me anxious for her. Great chapter!

And definitely enjoyable too, since I love those kind of scenes. The Kamie focus was definitely appreciated as well. She's (unintentionally?) turned into a funny mascot character, but she's still afford a ton of depth. I'm dying to know how her arc will resolve. Is she gonna flip or end up going off the deep end and become the final antagonist? Feels like we're right before shit shits the fan in general, and Seren's improvements in life just make me feel a lot more anxious lol. The story's in a great spot, and you've done a great job of building towards a finale without letting scope creep set in. So hats off to you for that. Re: The bonus revelation. What the fuck? Goth Kamie is super hot too, but seriously what the fuck?
