Plans thus far for 0.4:
One major priority is how to spend the money you've accumulated thus far. I'm going to be doing a bunch of different cars first and some events based on those.
Adding in shopping mall + swimming pool are the 2 areas I want to work on as far as additional locations.
Slight Progression with Izumi/Grace and a lot more Bailey content around the house and in the office.
Continue/Finish Angela story line and interactions.
Start/finish some storied content with Bella/Lara/Grace.
Jack-strikes-back Jack didn't get to where he is by being a fool. More story-line about what Jack's been up to.
Some content to find at different locations and add public bathrooms in restaurant/gym.
