the reason there is a time and not a numbered rep count is to allow you to go at your own pace. do your best not to compare yourself to others. i would recommend doing as many as you can, counting how many that was, then in the next round, just try to either match that number or do 1 or 2 more, and continue that process. if you do it enough, you will get better at it, just dont let yourself get discouraged.

Do you have any recommendations for someone who struggles to di that many push ups? I can do a few but then my arms give out and I don't want to stop and wait for the next section. Thank you
